We had to let out a little squeal for joy when we first laid our eyes on these photos of our gorgeous bride Rachel in the Jasmine dress. Doesn’t this kimono sleeved boho gown just look utterly perfect on her? Almost as if it was made for her (oh wait it was!).
Rachel’s Winter Wedding
We’ve fallen in love with everything about this wedding, who says that winter weddings can’t be beautiful? From the amazing leafy flower crown and foliage bouquet that Rachel wears to her cosy fur cover up, the adorable flower girls, the stunning chocolate tiered cake and all of the creative details, there’s so much to be inspired by. Plus the photos of Rachel kissing her Grandma Liz have melted our hearts.
Rachel opted for the relaxed soft lace and kimono sleeves of our Jasmine gown, which complimented her figure perfectly and worked so well with her quirky, boho style. She added an embellished silk belt (this was made bespoke for her using vintage flowers and leaves to add texture and colour to her look), a long veil for the ceremony and of course our fur cape to keep cosy while taking photos outside. A pair of Rachel Simpson shoes completed her bridal look.
The glamourous couple were married on the 28th December at the SS Mary and Bartholomew Church in Hampton in Arden, followed by a reception at Hampton Manor. They let the season inspire their styling – with lots of foliage, candles, and snowy pine cones adorning the tables – and enlisted the help of florist and event stylist, Ava Event Styling.
Ava was the talented person behind Rachel’s incredible bouquet and the flower crowns worn by all of the wedding party which I think you’ll agree, with their mix of green foliage, white roses and steel berries, make the ideal winter wedding accompaniment.
A big thank you to Rachel and her new husband for sharing their wedding day with us! We’re so happy for you both and congratulations on what looks like an amazing day full of fun, laughter and love.
