Real Bride Grace

Huge thanks to Grace for sending in these beautiful pictures of her wedding in Little Venice  on March 23rd. Grace looked stunning in her Isadora dress which she teamed with our Adrienne fur cape……a wise choice for a UK spring wedding because it actually snowed.

“I just wanted to say thank you for such an amazing dress. The day was amazing and I absolutely loved wearing my Isadora dress. Everyone commented on it and said how beautiful it was. It was the perfect combination of drama, simplicity, luxury and comfort, I just wish I could wear it all the time now!

real bride emma

Lovely Emma came over from Ireland to choose her wedding dress and fell in love with the Violet style. It was clear from the start that this was the dress for her, which she teamed with the Rose veil to become the perfect vintage bride.  Arriving by boat with her beau and their beautiful little boy who had the enormously important role of handing over the wedding bands, this looks to have been a truly wonderful family day.

” Our wedding was a dream full of love and laughter and my dress was out of this world. I felt truly beautiful and so elegant. I don’t know how many guests said that I looked like I had just walked off the Downton Abbey set! People were in awe of the beauty and detail of the dress.”

A touch of frost

The last instalment of this styling project in which we collaborated with vintage expert and milliner Emma Caderni. For our Russian princess look we teamed our 1930′s style Isobel dress with a stunning vintage tiara , fur hat and cape. The daisy dress was the basis for an aristocratic flower fairy look, with it’s pretty tulle skirt and lace bodice and accessorised with a frosty floral crown and silver green shoes. The styling for Isadora dress took it to the days of Diaghilevs‘s Ballet Russes , movement, elegance and artistic ambition.
