Ordering

We ship within the UK and to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand via Royal Mail. 

Taxes and Duties for USA are calculated at checkout and paid by us before shipping.

For all other countries the recipient will be liable for any taxes or duties levied by the destination country. Please check import duties and taxes of your country before ordering.

We only keep a limited stock, most items are immediately available, some are made to order. Time estimates for made to order are given in each product description. We can often do better than these estimates, so please email if your need is urgent, and we will give you an up to date estimate and always keep you informed of progress.

We try to be as accurate as possible with photographs.  Variations to the image will be noted in the product description. As every item is handmade there may be subtle differences to the item photographed. Please read product descriptions.

Please note photographs are not necessarily to scale so please read the dimensions given in the product description.

Due to differences in monitors and screen settings we cannot guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will be an accurate representation of the colour of the product.

Where two single earrings are bought on the same order they will be supplied together in one box. If you would like them to be packaged separately please let us know by email when you place the order.
