Thank you for visiting sallylacock.com. By viewing this website or making a purchase via this website you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

The terms ‘Sally Lacock’, ‘Sally Lacock Jewellery’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to the owner of this website, Sally Lacock, the terms ’you’, ’your’ or ‘the customer’ refers to the viewer of this website and any purchaser of goods from this website.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and we recommend you check them on a regular basis. Any changes become effective from the time of publishing on this website and will apply to all new orders made from that point onwards.

Ordering and online shopping

Some items are immediately available, many are made to order. Time estimates for made to order are given in each product description. We can often do better than these estimates, so please email if your need is urgent, and we will always keep you informed.

Pricing

Prices are as displayed at time of purchase on our website. They are subject to change over time and may reflect changes in the market price of precious metals, 

UK prices are quoted in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered so no VAT is chargeable or included.

International prices are quoted in local currency at current exchange rate.

Descriptions

We try to be as accurate as possible with photographs.  Variations to the image will be noted in the product description. As every item is handmade there may be subtle differences to the item photographed. Please read product descriptions.

Please note photographs are not necessarily to scale so please read the dimensions given in the product description.

Due to differences in monitors and screen settings we cannot guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will be an accurate representation of the colour of the product.

Where two single earrings are bought on the same order they will be supplied together in one box. If you would like them to be packaged separately please let us know by email when you place the order.

Made to order and custom made items

Where it is indicated on the website that an item is ‘made to order’ it means the product is not currently held as a stock item and will made specifically for you and to fulfil your order.  ‘Custom made’ means an item that into be made to a specification agreed between you and us. 'Custom made' items can not be cancelled once production has begun nor returned and refunded.

Returns

If you wish to return anything please contact us by email at enquiries@sallylacock.com as soon as possible after receiving the delivery to let us know your intention to return, along with the order number.

The customer is responsible for delivery and return costs.

International Shipping Taxes and Duties

We ship within the UK, to USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia

International customers, with the exception of USA are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred as part of the delivery or returns process. 

Taxes and Duties for USA are calculated at checkout and paid by us before shipping.

Payments and refunds

Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely by Shopify through Shopify Payments or PayPal when you choose the PayPal option; Sally Lacock does not handle or store any credit card data for orders placed online.

In the case of refunds we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process and it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In the unlikely event that any issue should arise with a refund please contact us directly with an email to enquiries@sallylacock.com as it is our policy to always attempt to resolve such issues directly with you, the customer, without the need for you to contact your payment provider.

Content and Sharing

The content of this website, including all images and text, and the associated intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Sally Lacock. We welcome the sharing of our images where they are credited to Sally Lacock and a link to sallylacock.com is attached.

Gift Cards

The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and usage of eGift Cards, subsequently referred to as "the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card" below.

  1. The Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
  2. You may use the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card to make purchases online at sallylacock.com only. The currency of the gift card may limit the available delivery locations. 
  3. The Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card cannot be redeemed on other websites or in other stores selling Sally Lacock Jewellery products.
  4. Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Cards can be ordered online using the currency denominations available on sallylacock.com. 
  5. Once purchased, Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Cards cannot be topped up. A new Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card will need to be issued for any additional amount required.
  6. The Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card cannot be purchased using another gift card.
  7. Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value on the card on payment of the difference.
  8. When you use the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given. You will not earn any interest on the balance.You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the card by contacting us.
  9. All refunds of goods purchased with the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card will be made in accordance with Sally Lacock Jewellery's refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  10. If any product purchased with a Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card is subsequently returned, any refund will be added to the remaining balance on the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card. Cash will not be given in lieu.
  11. You may only redeem your gift card for a purchase in the same currency for which the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card was purchased. 
  12. The Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  13. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card beyond 14 days after purchase.
  14. Please protect your Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card and treat it as cash. Lost or stolen Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
  15. Sally Lacock Jewellery will cancel the value of the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.
  16. Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Cards are valid for a consecutive period of 6 months from the date of issue. The Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card will automatically expire at the end of that period and any remaining balance will be cancelled.   17. Sally Lacock Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept a Sally Lacock Jewellery Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
  18. Sally Lacock Jewellery reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. The current conditions will be available at all times on sallylacock.com
