Returns
I do hope that you will love the item you have purchased. If you wish to return anything please contact us by email as soon as possible after receiving the delivery to let us know your intention to return along with the order number.
- We can offer a refund, exchange or credit note on any item as long as it is returned in the condition that it was received, unworn and in its original packaging, and within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Please note that we cannot reimburse postage costs of the initial order or the postage cost of returning an item.
- For international customers Sally Lacock has no liability for any duties or taxes incurred as part of the delivery or returns process
- All items are made and inspected closely by Sally before they are sent out so faults are extremely rare.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made items
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to accept returns on earrings that have been tried on. Exceptions may be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.
Any item sold as a sample is non returnable
How to Return
- Contact us by email to let us know of your intention to return and we will reply with the return address.
- Pack carefully including all the original packaging.
- Please send by a tracked, signed method with proof of postage as we will not be liable for missing packages and refunds will not be made until the item has been received and inspected by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process and it may then take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
