Delivery

Sally Lacock Jewellery is handmade in her London studio and only a limited stock is kept. Many items are made to order, we give estimated lead times in each product description and are often able to beat these estimates. Whichever way we will keep you informed. 

Delivery

We currently ship within the UK and to USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia

UK Delivery

We offer free standard tracked delivery within the UK for orders with a value over £200. 

All orders under £200 are sent by either:

Standard tracked service charged at £5

Express Service charged at £12 

Standard international delivery is charged at £20. 

How long does it take for standard delivery?

If an item is in stock, we aim to deliver UK orders within 3-6 working days. Orders to British Islands, Highlands and Scotland may take  slightly longer. 

How long does it take for express delivery?

If an item is in stock, we aim to deliver UK orders within 2 working days. Orders to British Islands, Highlands and Scotland may take  slightly longer.

As we are a small studio there are times when we are unable to fulfil express delivery. During these periods the option will be disabled from the checkout. During holiday periods, where delivery may take longer than stated we will put a notice on the home page of the website.

International Delivery

We will send by Royal Mail International tracked and signed, shipping times are from 7 business days. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.  All deliveries will require a signature on delivery.  In some cases, local customs can introduce delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order with Royal Mail.

International customers, with the exception of USA ,are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during the delivery or returns process. Please check taxes with your region before placing your order.

Taxes and Duties for USA are calculated at checkout and paid by us through Royal Mail before shipping.

 

Weekends & Bank Holidays

Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and on Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
